It is with great sadness that the family of Peter Skok announces his passing in Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre on Friday, December 18, 2020, at the age of 71 years.

Peter was born in Hanau, Germany on March 29, 1949. He grew up in Hamilton, Ontario. He spent many years working in the Grain Elevators and working at the Hydro Camp.

He had a passion for carpentry. He showed great love for his family and friends. He was a good family man, good friend and was loved by all.

Peter is survived by his wife Norma; sons Michael (Kelly) and Richard (Laurie); daughter Jennifer; multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings Lubba Janonovich, Zina Kusmenko, Andre, Howard (Dianne) Boyezuk; as well as numerous nieces, nephew and other relatives. He is also survived by his loving friend Marcy Berube.

He was predeceased by his siblings Billy Boyezuk and Michael.

As per Peter's wishes, cremation has taken place. Due to Covid restrictions, private funeral services will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in care of EVEREST FUNERAL CHAPEL, 299 Waverley Street at Algoma.

If friends desire, memorial donations made in memory of Peter to the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
