"Gotta be bigger to be better"
Rauli Ismo Olavi Ranta-Ojala passed away in his home on Thursday, October 15, 2015. Rauli was a devoted son, loving father and grandfather. He was very proud of his children and grandchildren and in his later years loved to spend time with his dog and bodyguard, Tucker.
Rauli was born in Finland and moved here with his parents at the age of two. In his younger days, Rauli had a zest for life and loved to be the life of the party. He was a guys guy loved to spend his days fishing and hunting with his boys. He was a gifted welder for
Plumbers and Pipefitters local 628, a gift that now, his youngest son will be proud to carry on for him.
Rauli is survived by his mother, Sisko Ranta-Ojala, his brothers Jari (Brenda) and Reijo, and his children, Lee, Owen, Erin, Cody and grand children, Hannah and Tristen.
He is pre-deceased by his father Yrjo Ranta-Ojala and his baby sister Anna-Maija and brother Jarkko.
