Raymond Kwisisens

Mr. Raymond Kwisisens, age 58 years, passed away peacefully with family by his side on Sunday, April 10, 2016. Raymond was born in Gull Bay, Ontario on April 4, 1958, the son of Leonard and Lena Kwisisens. Raymond loved spending time with family and friends, camping and sports, especially baseball. He dedicated much of his time to assisting his community through volunteering in many different capacities. He will be lovingly remembered by his brothers: Robert (Chirstine), Nick (Mindy), Patrick, Barney and John; sisters: Charlotte Fisher, Madonna (Percy) Nowegijick, Nora (Roland) Poile, and Debbie (Justin) Poile; aunts and uncles Edna Wigwas, Peter Wigwas, Steve (Cecilia) Penagin, Joseph (Nancy) Penagin and Madeline (Stanley) King, his God Children, as well as by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was predeceased by his parents, brothers Wilfred, Christopher, Roland, Allan, Rene, Donald and Leonard. The Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, April 14, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. when family and friends will gather in Sacred Heart R.C. Church, Gull Bay, Ontario celebrated by Rev. Larry Kroker s.j. Interment will follow in Gull Bay Cemetery. Visitation for friends will be held on Tuesday (today) from 5-6 p.m. in the Sargent & Son Funeral Chapel, 21 N. Court Street, where the Vigil Service will begin at 6 p.m. The family would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the Older Adult Rehabilitation Team both past and present and Dr. Feldstein for the care and compassion shown to Raymond during his time with you.
