Robert (Bob) Thomas Reynolds, age 75 years, passed away with family by his side in the TBRHSC on Monday September 21, 2015.

Bob was born in Brandon, Manitoba on December 6, 1939 to Isabella & John Reynolds. Bob was raised in Thunder Bay. After graduating from Selkirk High School, Bob met and married Margaret (Cooper). During their 56 years together, they raised 3 children. Bob worked very hard to provide for his family. He built 2 homes and had lengthy careers at Goodyear, Great Lakes and Metro. Bob was the mayor of Neebing and a Lakehead School Board Trustee. He ventured into federal politics as a reform party candidate.

Bob was a very kind and giving man. He had a great sense of humor, always telling jokes. He was very proud of his children’s and grandchildren’s achievements.

Bob is survived by his wife Margaret; his children Susan (Eric) Yurick, Tammy Reynolds and Dan Reynolds; granddaughters Holly(Jay) and Katie Yurick; brother Jack(Mary) Reynolds. He will also be missed by his 3 beloved dogs, as well as numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.

He was predeceased by his parents, brothers Jim & Ken and sister Isabel Maki.

The family would like to thank the staff of the Oncology Unit at the TBRHSC,
Neebing 1st responders and Dr. Addison.

Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Bob’s life will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 at 3:00 PM in the WESTFORT CHAPEL, 420 West Gore Street at James. Should friends so desire, in lieu of flowers, donations made in memory of Bob to the St. John Ambulance Therapy Dog Program-Thunder Bay Chapter would be greatly appreciated.
