Sandra Sonja Modesto (nee Selin), age 73 years and a resident of Pinewood Court, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 22, 2015.
Sandra was born in Sault Ste. Marie on September 5, 1942. She worked her entire life at Canada Safeway, until retirement.
Sandra is survived by her daughter, Malina (Allen) Hovey and granddaughters Justine and Danielle. She was predeceased by her parents and 2 brothers.
The family would like to thank the staff at Pinewood Court and St. Joseph's
Care Group for all of the care Sandra received throughout the years.
Cremation has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date. Should friends so desire, donations made in memory of Sandra to a charity of your choice would be greatly appreciated.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Westfort Chapel, 420 West Gore Street at James.
