Sharon Bailer

Sharon Gwendolyn Bailer (nee Payne), age 74 years, passed away in hospital on Sunday, April 17, 2022.

Sharon had a love for all animals, from her cats to the squirrels outside. She was a friendly person who was liked by everyone. Sharon was a brave woman who faced and conquered many challenges in her life.

Survived by her brother Mark Lucchese (Dana Dragicevic); godmother Gwen Zayots; and many friends and relatives in Canada, England, Italy and Argentina. She was predeceased by her parents, most recently by her mother Iris Lucchese (April 2021), along with other family in Canada and overseas.

Thank you to all who have provided care to Sharon over the years and to all of the doctors and staff at the TBRHSC.

Sharon has been cremated and there will be no service at this time. Should friends so desire, donations may be made in her memory to the Thunder Bay & District Humane Society or the Royal Canadian Legion Transcona Branch #7 (Winnipeg, MB).

Arrangements have been entrusted to the WESTFORT CHAPEL, 420 West Gore Street at James.
