Shawn Vanderwees

With great sorrow the family of  Shawn Vanderwees, 53 years, announce his passing on Saturday, September 23. 2017.

He is survived by his loving wife Rylee and their children David Jason, Adam, Cassandra, Katrina and Shawn, mother Susan, sister Corrinne (Ray) Ree and brother Robert (Sandy). sister-in-law Susan Vandenberg and numerous other relatives.

Shawn was predeceased by his father Len and his brothers Brian and William (Lori).

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 28, 2017 when family and friends will gather at 11:00 am at St. James Anglican Church, John Street Road. Private family interment will follow in Stanley Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to his children’s trust fund at the Northern Credit Union c/o Cassandra Vanderwees.
