It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Stefania Marcinowsky a beloved mother, grandmother, aunt and friend.
She passed away peacefully on January 2nd at the age of 92. Stefania was born in Buchach, Ukraine on August 2nd 1930. She married and had 2 children there, son Walter and daughter Vira. Stefania moved to Canada in 1976 to support her brother Walter and family. She attended a local Ukrainian church and was well known in the Ukrainian community.
Stefania is lovingly remembered by daughter Vira Bylo and many relatives in Ukraine as well as grandson Walter Bylo, wife Natalia, daughter Sofia of Toronto, Nadia Marcinowsky of Vancouver, Slavko Marcinowsky, wife Sarah and children Lauren and Brayden of Vancouver, Stephanie Marcinowsky of Thunder Bay, Zoryana Charbonneau of Thunder Bay.
