Stephen Desmoulin

It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Stephen Vincent Desmoulin. He passed away on October 24, 2017 at the age of 29.

Those who knew him can attest to the great spirit he had; lively, fun, and hilarious. Steve was always willing to help anyone and always good for a laugh. Steve spent many years of his childhood with neighborhood friends who became family (Rich, Greg, Jesse, Graham, Kyle, Ronnie and Ben) skateboarding through life with a gusto, known to his friends as “Chief”.

Stephen was a natural born leader and had no problem being the life of any party. He most enjoyed the company of his family, especially his children; Zaedyn, Tanner and Abby. “Everlasting Day” was the name gifted to this special spirit who was Stephen; a spirit that will never stop shining and will only grow brighter as he continues his journey on the happy hunting grounds.

Survived by his parents Vincent and Paulette; sisters Stacie (Steve), Janine (Ryan) and Dani (Sayber); nephews Corey, Cody and Ashton; niece (Calli); grandmother Georgette and numerous aunts, uncles and extended relatives. 

A Celebration of Life will take place Monday, October 30, 2017 at Oliver Road Recreation Centre, 563 Oliver Road, 12 pm – 2 pm. Come share your happy stories of Stephen and join his family in celebrating his life.
