Susan Margaret Tait passed away peacefully on December 15, 2016 with family at her side.
Survived by a daughter Leah; father Tom (Olga); sister Joanne (Russ) and nieces, nephew, cousins, aunts and families.
Predeceased by mother Audrey and grandparents.
Burial has taken place and a private family service will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
