It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Terry Brian Hill, 64, of Pickle Lake, ON.

Terry passed peacefully April 25, 2022 at Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.

Born in Fort Frances March 18, 1958, he was raised in Atikokan, until moving on to Thunder Bay to finish schooling. This is where he would meet his future wife and partner in life of 45 years, Debbie. From here, they moved to Pickle Lake in 1978, where they would settle into their careers and raise a family.

Terry started in Pickle Lake at the Umex Thierry Mine, eventually leaving there for a position with the Ministry of Transportation Ontario, at the Pickle Lake Airport. He would spend his career here, eventually becoming Airport Foreman and holding this position until getting sick early in 2022.

In Pickle Lake, they raised their 3 children, Clifford Jr. (Nicole), Christopher, and Cassandra (Bryan).

Terry is predeceased by his father, Clifford Hill Sr., and mother-in-law and father-in-law Bert and Marg Chartrand.

He is survived by his wife, Debbie Chartrand, mother Deloris Hill, and sister Vicki Peterson. Terry was cherished grandfather of nine: Destinee, Jayce, Colton, and Corbin (Clifford Jr.), Terrance, Isabella and Ryder (Christopher) and Benjamin and Kara (Cassandra).

A celebration of life will take place in Pickle Lake, ON on August 20, 2022.

In lieu of flowers, a donation can be made to the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre (Northern Cancer Fund).
