Therese Wlodarz

Mrs. Therese Wlodarz, formerly of 130 Peter Street, passed away peacefully at the age of 94 years on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 in Hogarth Riverview Manor.

Therese was born in Obrovac, Yugoslavia on August 9, 1922. Along with her husband Tadensz, they moved to Canada in 1951 to begin a new life. She worked at the Port Arthur General Hospital as a Nurse's Aid for many years.

Therese is survived by her nephew and nieces in Germany as well as relatives in Poland, Germany, and the United States dear friend Bridget Aho and the Hewiston family who took care of her for many years.

Therese is predeceased by her loving husband Tadensz on October 31, 1994, her parents and by her brothers and sisters in Germany.

A private entombment service has taken place at St. Andrew's Cemetery.  Arrangements are in care of the Sargent & Son Funeral Directors, 21 N. Court Street.
