It is with sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Thomas Kwasny on June 12th 2021 in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Tommy was born to Jo-Anne Tait and Brian Kwasny on November 30th 1987.
Tommy is survived by his daughter Makenna, mother Jo-Anne Tait (Russell Yake), sister Victoria Tait, brother Adam Kwasny, and grandfather Thomas Tait. Tommy was known for his contagious smile and kindness. Tom sure knew how to make people laugh. Tommy struggled for a long time and still managed to show kindness to everyone wherever he went. Tom was known for helping out where ever he could, especially people in need. Tommy also had a great passion for music.
Thomas is predeceased by his father Brian Kwasny, grandmother Audrey Tait, and grandparents Elsie and Joseph Kwasny.
A special thank you to the Thunder Bay Police Service for all of their ongoing support and efforts during this difficult time.
Due to pandemic restrictions a private service will be held at a later date. A date and time for the live stream of the service will be posted on Thomas’s memorial page on the Blake Funeral Chapel website once services are finalized. In the lieu of flowers donations could be made to the Shelter House or The Salvation Army.
