Vicki was born on July 13th, 1957 in Atikokan Ontario.
She worked many years as an office administrator for the family business in Calgary, Alberta. During her free time she enjoyed knitting various items for her family and friends as well as spending time outdoors with her grandchildren.
Vicki married the love of her life, Harry Alvar Alatyppo at the Lutharn Church in Lappe in 1989. Together they raised two children, Darcy and Alex and were later blessed with four grandchildren: Taylor, Isaac, Brittany and Stephanie who were the greatest joys of her life.
Vicki will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband Harry Alatyppo; two sons Alex (Niketa) Alatyppo and Darcy Goodfellow; grandchildren: Taylor, Isaac and Stephanie; sister Dorothy (Dodie) Goodfellow,; brother-in-law Matti Alatyppo, sisters-in-law: Paula (Brian) Leach, Maija (Glenn) Wilson, Donna Aho. Numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.
She was predeceased by her parents Gary and Frances Ellen Goodfellow; sister Susan Frances Goodfellow; brother David Gary Goodfellow; mother and father-in-law Vera and Alvar Alatyppo and niece Brittany Goodfellow.
Should friends so desire donations may be made in Vicki's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society Northwestern Region.
