Wendy Leigh Wiltsey, nee Ketchum, age 59 years, a resident of Thunder Bay, passed away quietly in her home on August 30, 2015.
Wendy was a loving mother, partner and sister, whose greatest pride was in her two children. She was loved by all who met her and was always ready with a kind word or gesture. With a contagious laugh and a beautiful smile, she made any situation a happy one. Wendy came to Thunder Bay in 1984 with her husband to attend Lakehead University and remained here because of her love of the outdoors.
Wendy will be sadly missed by her two children James and Kaleigh Wiltsey; her partner Andrew Benson; and her brothers and their families Tim and Janet Ketchum and their children Laura and Victoria and Ken and Gerry Ketchum and their children Michael and Nicholas.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 in the Chapel of Harbourview Funeral Centre, 499 North Cumberland Street, presided by Rev. Nancy Ringham. Visitation for family and friends will begin one hour prior to the service.
