It is with heavy hearts and sadness that the family of Wilhemina Angela Meservier “Billie” announce her passing. Billie was born on November 27, 1932 to Theresa and William Rupert “Paddy” Flinn and was raised in Fort William.

She was a parishioner of St. Patrick’s Cathedral for 50 plus years and was a member of the Catholic Women’s League. Her family came first and was her main focus in life. Billie was a part of the Pioneer Ridge family for the past 3 plus years. She was loved and cherished by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Billie is survived by her granddaughter Rhonda Lee Jacobsen Cote (Francois Cote); son-in-law William Jacobsen; daughter Rhonda Meservier; grandson Merrick Meservier; great grandson Russell Meservier and sister Maureen as well as numerous other family members and friends. Predeceased by her parents Theresa and William Rupert “Paddy” Flinn; daughter Myra Jacobsen and sister Ginger Lacey. 

Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, February 23, 2018 at 4:00 p.m. at St. Patrick’s Cathedral with Msgr. P. Stilla, V.G. officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society in memory of Billie.
