TORONTO — A man believed to be in his 20s is dead following a daylight shooting at a mall in northwest Toronto late Thursday afternoon.
Police say a man was chased into the mall at about 5 p.m. (at Jane Street and Wilson Avenue) following an altercation in the outside parking lot.
Toronto paramedics say the victim was pronounced dead at the scene and no other injuries were reported.
Police say they are looking for four male suspects who reportedly fled the scene on foot.
Police also say all four suspects wore dark clothing and at least one of them had his facing covered up.
The homicide unit has been called in to conduct an investigation. (CP24)
