DRYDEN – The Dryden and District Museum is excited to exhibit the work of local photographer, Eliana Wittwer, this winter. The exhibit “Seen with my eyes, captured through my lens” will be on display from Tuesday, Feb. 5 to Friday, March 8.

An opening reception will be held Feb. 8 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

The exhibit will feature photographs of local landscapes and wildlife, as well as images from Wittwer’s travels, including an inspirational trip to India.

“Photography is a matter of interpretation. That's why photography is such a big field, and everyone looks at things differently and that makes it so interesting,” said Eliana Wittwer.

“I’m thrilled the Museum is building new partnerships such as this one,” said Bethany Waite, Cultural and Tourism Coordinator. “Dryden is filled with talent and we’re happy to provide a venue to exhibit that talent”, added Waite.

Join us Saturday, Feb. 23rd from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. for a fireside chat with Eliana Wittwer.
