At Uptown Cut we deliver a culinary experience in addition to a great meal. Our primary offering is a tasting menu. Great restaurants around the world use tasting menus to communicate with their dining guests. We want to tell you a story through food and show you our passion, our creativity, and our perspective. We start you off with a number of small plates. Bite-sized dishes that excite your taste buds, raise your anticipation, and prepare you for a great steak dinner. Your delicious Signature Steer steak is served family style with potatoes and seasonal vegetables. To finish our story we end your meal with dessert. Our tasting menu evolves with the seasons. We are always developing new dishes and making adjustments to our favourites. That’s why we don’t post a set menu. If you have any dietary restrictions, let us know when you make your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate you. Our current tasting menu has 8 courses and is $100 per person.
If you don’t have time for our full tasting menu, you can order from our a la carte steak menu where we feature a few of our favourite cuts served with potatoes and seasonal vegetables. Our lunch menu showcases our chefs and our amazing beef. We like lunch to be a bit more relaxed as we show off our beef in more casual dishes: Burgers, pastas, salads…. and, of course, steak.
