Environment Canada has issued a winter weather travel advisory for the City of Thunder Bay.
The government weather agency declared the advisory Thursday morning stating the snow will begin early in Thursday morning and persist through the afternoon.
Total snowfall amounts of five to 10 centimetres are expected by Thursday evening. Wind south 20 km/h becoming light in the afternoon. High minus 2 °C. Wind chill minus 10 °C in the morning and minus 5 °C in the afternoon.
The cheapest gas in the city is $1.304 at Shell Gas on Red River Rd.
The average price of gas in Ontario today is $1.336.
