There's a range of events happening today in Thunder Bay that cater to various interests and age groups. Simple.Stories will be taking place at the Thunder Bay Public Library: County Park Branch, starting at 10:00 am. This event is perfect for those who enjoy storytelling and listening to stories. Later in the day, there is a meeting of the Anti-Racism & Equity Advisory Committee, followed by Meetings of City Council at 12:00 pm. These meetings are open to the public and provide an opportunity to learn more about local politics and the workings of the city government. For those looking for financial advice and support, the Thunder Bay Financial Counselling Program will be available at the Thunder Bay Public Library: Brodie Resource Library at 1:00 pm. Additionally, the YOUth program offers a variety of activities for young people, including the Art Club, Minecraft (grades), Book Club, and Writers Club, all taking place at the Thunder Bay Public Library: Waverley Resource Library. Finally, the Committee of the Whole/City Council Meetings will be taking place at City Hall at 6:30 pm, providing another opportunity for the public to learn more about the workings of local government. With so many events happening throughout the day, there's something for everyone to enjoy and learn in Thunder Bay.
