To the editor:

I would like to ask the newbie on council, Coun. Shelby Ch’ng, what rules were followed when council voted to use the Renew Thunder Bay Fund to up the funding to the Clean, Green and Beautiful Reserve Fund on Feb.10,2017?

I look forward to her meeting on May 24 at 4:30 p.m. in the McNaughton Room at city hall, if they let me into the building, where I want to ask her what the rules are for accessing those funds that they cannot be used for stormwater management and they were allowed to be used for the Clean, Green and Beautiful Reserve Fund.

Have the rules changed since Feb.10,2017?

Henry Wojak,
Thunder Bay
