To the editor:
I had an experience this summer with the Memorial route bus.
I had attended the Thunder Fest at the Da Vinci Centre. It ended at 11 p.m. Myself and others went to catch the bus. An out-of-service bus went by. After waiting an hour we realized no bus was coming. I ended up walking home.
I am new to busing and didn’t know it stops running at 11 on Sundays.
I think when a function is on, they should extend service to accomodate people. Not everyone has a car. With so much going on, would it be a problem to think of people like me?
Food for thought. Thank you.
