To the editor:
I think from the onset communication to the citizens of Thunder Bay and surrounding areas was not loud enough.
Firstly, on the severity of our situation. Secondly, the urgency not to flush unnessasary water, which was going straight back to the poor people all over the city ! The city should have been telling all non esstials services to shut down at least until they get the situation under control. Especially after being upgraded from state of emergency to a disaster.
