LETTER: Cows have feelings too

To the editor: How can anyone say that "nobody got hurt" in the barn fire on Blind Line Road on Thursday when 120 sentient beings burned to death? If a fly lands on their back, they quiver. They feel fear and they feel pain.

To the editor:

How can anyone say that "nobody got hurt" in the barn fire on Blind Line Road on Thursday when 120 sentient beings burned to death? If a fly lands on their back, they quiver. They feel fear and they feel pain. I find it difficult to realize that to most people, they are like a commodity on a shelf. Rest in peace girls.
