To the editor:
Yesterday I was driving east on Harbour Expressway from Golf Links intersection, and as I reached the end of the construction zone, I accelerated to 70 kilometres an hour.
At the same time, I saw in my mirror a white Hyundai SUV coming through the construction zone at a high rate of speed.
The SUV, driven by a young woman holding a phone to her ear, passed me going much faster than the 70 I was going. What percentage of her focus was on driving?
