To the editor:
Are you kidding me? These two boys knew what they were doing and they should be charged. If we don't charge them what message are we sending to other youths?
What if their parents don't discipline them? What have they learned from this? That because they are 15 they can get away with this. We need to get ride of young offenders and make these kids accountable.
