To the editor:
There is so much bullying going on in the schools here in Thunder Bay I am worried that the next generation of our children will grow up with these hateful views.
Hate describes the rapidly expanding practice utilized by racists and extremists to place anti-Semitic, racist and other hateful material on the World Wide Web.
The growth of the Internet has enabled bigoted and sometimes violent messages to reach a much wider and broader audience than ever before.
Consequently, these messages of hate have become widely accessible online – in homes, offices, schools, and libraries.
The value of a person is not measured by what he does for himself to make his life easier, but measured by what he does for others to make their lives easier.
Remember to pay it forward! Make someone's day, do a random act of kindness, you'll find it goes a long way! After all, what goes around comes around!
