To the editor:
I’m just wondering why we have an outside contractor trimming trees at Boulevard Lake when the city employees a forester?
We have an inordinate number of city employees who can often be found gathered at one of the coffee shops or making a career out of some job that should have been completed very quickly or yes apparently even sleeping in their trucks (rumour has it). It's no wonder that taxes here are some of the highest in the country.
