To the editor:
Unbelievable.
The city has decided to discontinue rural water delivery for residents in city limits. There are years that our well has dried up and we consider this an essential service. If the city wants to discontinue this service, then please extend your water mains to our street so we can can have city water. Our taxes are certainly high enough.
And yet the city wants the citizens of Thunder Bay to support a new event centre? No way.
