A quote from the article "Culling crime" by Jeff Labine, on tbnewswatch.com from our fearless leader:

"You can’t control murder,” Mayor Keith Hobbs says. “Homicides are always going to be there. If there’s a plus at least these aren’t stranger-on-stranger homicides. These people know each other."

Dear Mayor, seriously?
