To the editor:
I am personally shocked and amazed that the Marina area would be seriously considered for our Multiplex Centre.
Perhaps a thought hasn’t been considered regarding the whistle blowing at the railway crossings during entertainment or speeches, plus the “shunting” of box cars when necessary, crossings blocked should emergencies happen (mentioned to me by a safety official) and the constant chatter through the area?
This won’t appeal to many and could shock our visitors.
Definitely worth a thought and serious consideration.
