To the editor:
My sister is a principle at Neskantaga First Nation. Teachers are asking what to do because they have never been in this position. What the reserve needs is suicide prevention and one-step programs to give the students hope and confidence and self esteem.
I challenge a non-Native student to do an exhange for one week only. What they find will be far less than the truth to which these Native students live and fear is a known factor in life to all ages.
