To the editor: ‘Art is in the eye of the beholder said Coun, Rebecca Johnson and while she doesn’t like to spend extra money, the installation is good for the community as a whole.

‘Art is in the eye of the beholder said Coun, Rebecca Johnson and while she doesn’t like to spend extra money, the installation is good for the community as a whole. Every time an art project comes before council, it’s debated she added.” – “City pays $900K for art,” tbnewswatch.com, July 18.

Debated by council, but the public who is paying for it has no say!
