To the editor:
The salaries that some of these public sector workers get are ridiculous. How do you justify paying this amount of money to these people?
The hospital is run so poorly that there are nothing but long waits, with people sleeping on the new furniture. It's basically a hangout for poeople and nothing is done about it.
Where is the management there?
Two hundred thousand plus a year for a city manager to just spend, spend, spend, then tax to make up for missed calculations. There's another $7 million down the tubes. In this time of a poor job market we should be cutting costs, starting with so-called management.
There are always so many jobs mysteriously created and usually high-paying and then called management.
