I have lived in Northwood near Northwood Park Plaza for 44 years and have never seen a rat on my property until now.

I have lived in Northwood near Northwood Park Plaza for 44 years and have never seen a rat on my property until now. This is a very real problem in many parts of the city.

Why is this happening?
