Letter: Transit shutdown the wrong move

To the editor, The City of Thunder Bay shut down transit following an emergency at the Bombardier plant. How ridiculous is this decision? Sending the employees home would be the intelligent thing to do.

To the editor,

The City of Thunder Bay shut down transit following an emergency at the Bombardier plant. How ridiculous is this decision?

Sending the employees home would be the intelligent thing to do. Instead, all the buses were re-routed to the plant in order to keep the employees warm, yet the wizards at city hall leave everyone waiting for a bus stranded out there in -13 C weather.

Only in Thunder Bay would something this outrageous take place.
