Police charged a 14-year-old-girl with assault with a weapon after she allegedly tried to stab her mother.
Thunder Bay Police Service officers went to a Fulton Boulevard residence around 11:30 p.m. on Friday. Police say the 14-year-old-girl allegedly tried to stab her mother but missed and got the knife stuck through a door.
Police charged the 14-year-old-girl with assault with a weapon and common assault.
