So two private dentist offices, All Smiles and Natural Smiles, have partnered for an event called a Gift from the Heart.
The National Annual event offers free dental hygiene services to the community for one day only. The program has been around in Canada for four years, and it's the first year for the All Smiles Clinic.
Anyone young or old can take advantage of the services.
Because oral health is an important component to overall health for the body, the day is dedicated to people who can't afford to maintain their dental hygiene needs.
The event happens every year on the Saturday before Valentine's Day.
This year's clinics runs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday afternoon at All Smiles and Natural Smiles.
Residents must call ahead to book appointments.
