MANITOUWADGE, Ont. — Ontario Provincial Police have identified a Manitouwadge resident as the victim of a fatal collision on Highway 614 on Friday.
Kobe Rochon, 22, was operating a southbound pickup truck that went out of control on the slush-covered road, rolled over, and came to rest in the ditch.
Passengers in the vehicle were taken to hospital for treatment.
OPP did not disclose how many people were injured, and did not release details about the nature of their injuries.
The collision occurred just after 8 a.m. about 33 kilometres south of Manitouwadge.
