ATIKOKAN, Ont. – An aggressive driver complaint led to impaired charges in Atikokan early this month.
According to an Ontario Provincial Police release, officers received a complaint on June 2 around 9:07 p.m. of an aggressive driver on O’Brian Street.
Officers located the described vehicle at a residence and spoke with the female driver.
The officer made a demand for an approved screening device breath sample.
The driver failed and was placed under arrest and returned to the detachment for further tests.
As a result, a 21-year-old from Atikokan has been charged with operation while impaired-blood alcohol concentration.
She was released to appear in court in Atikokan on July 15.
