THUNDER BAY -- For the second time in the past two months, a Thunder Bay call centre has shut down operations.
Workers at the HGS call center, located in Victoriaville Mall were told Thursday that their jobs are being terminated.
The operation employed more than a hundred people.
There is no word on what led to the closure.
Efforts to contact the company for comment have been unsuccessful. The shutdown follows a similar move in February by Telerformance, which operated out of the former Eatons building.
