THUNDER BAY — A charge of sexual assault against a taxi driver has been withdrawn.
The 25-year-old had been charged with assault and sexual assault on May 15 after Thunder Bay police responded to a report of a possible sexual assault around 1:30 a.m.
A woman had reported being assaulted by the driver of a taxi in which she was a passenger.
The charges were withdrawn three days later on May 18.
