Auto-pedestrian collision sends one to hospital

Police responded to an auto-pedestrian collision Thursday morning that sent one person to hospital with unknown injuries.

THUNDER BAY -- One person was taken to hospital early Thursday morning after an auto-pedestrian collision.

Thunder Bay Police were dispatched just before 8:30 a.m. to a reported motor vehicle collision involving minivan and a pedestrian at Argyle Street and Algoma Street North.

Police said a child, possibly six or seven years old, was brought by paramedics to hospital with unknown injuries. The patient was conscious.
