THUNDER BAY -- The pedestrian walkway along the top of the Boulevard Lake Dam will be temporarily closed for maintenance and repairs.
The city advises that the walkway will be inaccessible on Monday and Tuesday, followed by another two-day closure on May 21 and 22.
The purpose of the closure is for maintenance and repairs to the deck top of the walkway, the city said in a written media release.
For an alternate route, pedestrians are directed to use the trail to Cumberland Street.
The city said signs will be posted indicating the walkway is closed while repairs are underway.
