THUNDER BAY -- Dozens of families gathered to the Moose Hall for the 20th annual Breakfast with the Easter Bunny.

The breakfast is in support of Baby's Breath, a Canadian organization studying Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.

Co-chairman of the Breakfast with the Easter Bunny Tammie Corbett said the breakfast started in memory of a Fort City Kinettes member losing a child to SIDS a number of years ago.

"This became a way to honour that little girl as well as starting to raise money and helping that charity."

Corbett added the breakfast so far has raised around 175 thousand dollars.

Proceeds for this year's event go towards charities such as Baby's Breath, Therapeutic Riding Association, Thunder Bay Boys and Girls Club and the Fort City Kinettes.
