Chamber of Commerce elects four to board

Confederation College's Riley Burton has been tapped to chair the board of directors for 2021.

THUNDER BAY – The Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce will swear in its new chair of the board in February.

Confederation College’s Riley Burton has been tasked with the job.

The Chamber on Thursday also announced four new members of its board of directors, a group that includes Resolute Forest Products Ltd.’s Andrew Bishop, Bight Restaurant and Bar’s Bianca Gaofalo, Breakfast Lunch and Deener’s Nadine Kelly and Lac des Iles Mine’s Bryan Wilson.

Previously elected individuals who will continue to serve on the Board of Directors in 2021 are:

  • Anne Antenucci (Salvation Army Community & Residential Services)
  • Ken Boshcoff (Sign Face Systems Inc.)
  • Riley Burton (Confederation College)
  • Melissa Hardy-Giles (Hardy Giles Consulting | Origin)
  • Jeff Heney (Venshore Mechanical)
  • Matt Pearson (River Green)
  • Erin Sisko (Business Development Bank of Canada)
  • Jason Thompson (Superior Strategies)
