Chill,Menace no longer partnered in USL League 2

Des Moines will move back to the Heartland Division in 2023, while Thunder Bay will have three expansion teams join them in the Deep North Division.

THUNDER BAY -- The Thunder Bay Chill have lost their arch rival to their former division.

The USL League 2 on Tuesday announced its division realignment, which includes the move of the Des Moines Menace out of the Deep North Division and into the Heartland Division.

The Chill will remain in the Deep North Division, alongside FC Manitoba, the St. Croix Legends, Minneapolis City, and expansion teams RKC Soccer Club, which will call Kenosha, Wisc. home, Bavarian United FC and Rochester FC.

The league is expected to announce its schedule in coming days.
