A ban on outdoor fires imposed on the city has been lifted.
Due to the recent cooler weather, the City of Thunder Bay has lifted its ban on fires within the city.
Citizens are reminded that permits are required and can obtained from any fire station.
An Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources fire ban for the northern parts of the region was also lifted Thursday.
