THUNDER BAY – A city man arrested last year following a child pornography bust has been cleared of all charges.
Jason Caron, 36, was charged in August 2014 as part of a province-wide sweep.
However, his lawyer argued that Caron was one of several people who had access to the computer in question.
The judge agreed, and dismissed all the charges against Caron.
